These terms cover the LocalCite Local Visibility Snapshot sold on this site for $99 one-time. If a sentence is not here, do not assume it.

Payment of $99 buys a one-time public-web assessment of one named location: Local Standing Score, Evidence Report, your biggest problem, and a clear action. It does not buy a score, a medal tier, or a subscription. Delivery is within 48 hours after we have payment and the required business fields (name, city, state, category, email). Website is optional.
The public score is independently assessed by LocalCite from public evidence only. You cannot pay to improve it. Bands: Not Certified 0–39; Bronze 40–54; Silver 55–69; Gold 70–89; Platinum 90–100. A Certificate of Local Standing is issued only if the public score is 40 or above and Research Confidence is 65% or higher (eligibility v1.3; weights v1.2 unchanged). Otherwise Not Certified or Insufficient Evidence — you still receive the reading. If issued, the certificate is valid 90 days from the audit date.
Unused Snapshot before the report is delivered: full refund. After delivery: no refund for the reading. Ask [email protected].
Checkout is Stripe, in USD. LocalCite does not see full card numbers.
You may show a Certificate of Local Standing mark only while a live qualifying certificate exists, and only with a link to the public verify page. It is not an institutional seal. We may revoke the certificate if the business closes or material facts change.
The Snapshot, medal artwork, and verify pages are LocalCite’s work product. You may display a live certificate and quote the public score with the verify link. Our liability is capped at the $99 you paid for the Snapshot that gave rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are heard in Ireland. Last updated 27 August 2026.
