No. Eligibility v1.3: public score ≥ 40 and Research Confidence ≥ 65%. Weights stay v1.2. Otherwise Not Certified or Insufficient Evidence — you still get the reading.
Within 48 hours after we have payment and your business name, city, state, category, and email.
No. Public evidence only. You cannot upload or pay to improve the score.
You get the report and the action. 42 is Bronze if confidence also clears 65%. You cannot buy Gold.
We do not invent a score. Insufficient Evidence still gets the reading of what we could open.
